Before launching We Want Veggies, Stephanie served several high-profile brands as a customer experience director and strategic consultant. When she suddenly lost her father to heart disease, however, she realized she was on the very same path. She decided to make a change that would have ripple effects in both her personal health and career direction. As she found her way back to health through plant-based eating and regular exercise, she initially created We Want Veggies for community support. Now, We Want Veggies had grown to inspire others through creative plant-based recipes, lush imagery, and active community engagement. Stephanie has a Master’s Degree from DePaul University’s College of Computing and Digital Media. She’s also holds a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and Cornell University.
