What You’ll Need
- 14 oz extra firm tofu, drained & crumbled
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric (optional)
How To Make It
- In a large skillet, sauté tofu, spinach, and spices in oil over medium heat until the spinach wilts and the tofu is warmed through–about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
