Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries or one bag
  • 1 large orange wash and leave whole
  • 1/8 cup walnuts
  • 2/3 cup dates
  • 1 cup water hot

Instructions
 

  • Cover dates in hot water and soak for 10 minutes to soften, drain.
  • Meanwhile, wash and cut orange into large chunks. Do not remove the skin.
  • Place all ingredients into a food processor. First pulse, then briefly blend. Stop when you reach a finely chopped yet crunchy mixture.
  • Chill in a sealed container until ready to serve. For best results, prepare this relish a few days before serving.
