- 12 ounces fresh cranberries or one bag
- 1 large orange wash and leave whole
- 1/8 cup walnuts
- 2/3 cup dates
- 1 cup water hot
Cover dates in hot water and soak for 10 minutes to soften, drain.
Meanwhile, wash and cut orange into large chunks. Do not remove the skin.
Place all ingredients into a food processor. First pulse, then briefly blend. Stop when you reach a finely chopped yet crunchy mixture.
Chill in a sealed container until ready to serve. For best results, prepare this relish a few days before serving.
