  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  • To a large mixing bowl, add applesauce, lemon juice, oil, vanilla, and sugar substitute. Mix until well combined.
  • Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined, gently mix in the chopped strawberries.
  • Form into balls, approximately the size of a golf ball or a little larger
  • Place on prepared baking sheets and bake for approximately 18 minutes or until firm and lightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and allow them to cool. Once cooled, these biscuits are ready to serve. Enjoy!
