vanilla

classic sugar substitute
or regular sugar

all purpose flour
unbleached

teaspoon
baking powder

cup
diced strawberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
To a large mixing bowl, add applesauce, lemon juice, oil, vanilla, and sugar substitute. Mix until well combined.
Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined, gently mix in the chopped strawberries.
Form into balls, approximately the size of a golf ball or a little larger
Place on prepared baking sheets and bake for approximately 18 minutes or until firm and lightly browned.
Remove from oven and allow them to cool. Once cooled, these biscuits are ready to serve. Enjoy!
